Our automated production lines are designed for high efficiency and consistent quality. The facility supports multi-product batching—emulsions, enamels, primers, putties and industrial coatings—with precise pigment dosing. Robust process controls ensure color consistency and repeatable performance across every batch.

Quality Control Laboratory

A dedicated QC lab tests raw materials, in-process samples and finished products for:

  • Viscosity, density and solids by weight

  • Drying time and film formation

  • Adhesion, alkali resistance and flexibility

  • Salt spray / corrosion resistance (for industrial & marine coatings)

  • VOC content and harmful substance screening
    All tests follow internal SOPs aligned with international standards to ensure each product meets specification.

R&D & Color Technology

Our R&D center focuses on formulation improvement, low-VOC technologies, and localized weather performance. The in-house color lab uses automated spectrophotometers and digital color matching systems that let dealers and customers reproduce exact shades quickly and accurately.

Packaging & Logistics

An integrated packing line provides secure, tamper-evident packaging and labeling that complies with regulatory and retail requirements. Our warehouse and logistics hub support temperature-controlled storage, FIFO inventory, and nationwide dispatch through a network of authorized distributors and logistics partners.

Environmental Controls & Safety

We operate with strong environmental and workplace safety controls:

  • Closed solvent handling with vapor recovery where required

  • Effluent management and responsible disposal of hazardous wastes

  • Fire-safety systems, spill containment and PPE programs for staff

  • Regular safety audits and employee training to maintain compliance

Training & Technical Support Center

The facility hosts a training room and demo area for applicator training, contractor briefings and product demonstrations. Our technical support team provides on-site consultation for large projects and offers application guides, mixing ratios and troubleshooting assistance.

Visitor & Customer Services

A show-room and color-consultation desk welcome architects, contractors and retail customers. Visitors can view product demos, request technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS), and get personalized color advice.
